SWIFT Fidelity Integrity Assessment

SWIFT Fidelity Integrity Assessment (SWIFT-FIA) is a self-assessment used by School Leadership Teams to examine their current implementation status of research-based schoolwide practices.

School teams can use this tool to determine areas of strength and areas of growth. The assessment is designed to honor and hold space for diverse voices and perspectives on implementation. 

SWIFT-FIA should be used throughout all stages of the implementation process.
